Commonly known as lacebark. It can grow into a tree 12 metres tall and has broad, oval, dark green leaves. Produces beautiful scented white flowers in clusters during spring. It has many medicinal uses, and the leaves and flowers can also be used like mallows. The lace-like inner bark can be used for fine weaving of products like headbankds, kete etc. The bark can be twisted and made into ropes. PB8.
