Farm Tour

Join us for a guided tour of Kahikatea Farm and learn about permaculture and organic principles as we nibble our way around the gardens and food forest.

You’ll also see the silvopasture system, horse track system, wattle and daub hut, food forest kitchen/bar and of course the nursery, where you’ll have the opportunity to buy plants at a discount.

Please bring your own water bottle, sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather.

Q: Do you provide accommodation?

A: Sorry, we don’t, but here are some local options LINK (Please let us know if anything seems to be out of date.) 

A: Well behaved children are welcome. You undertake to ensure they do not interrupt the learning time and you are responsible for their safety. We can als arrange childcare onsite next to the classroom, provided by my own teenage children. Please contact me to discuss and for rates. 

A: Cancellation policy: If you have to cancel a course or workshop place more than 2 weeks before the start date we will give you a full refund minus a $10 admin fee. If you cancel your A
