Edible Seeds

There are many plants which produce edible seeds for human consumption, and many different ways these can be used. Some produce seeds which can be roasted and ground as a coffee substitute, some can be used raw or roasted as a snack, others add flavour to breads, salads, soups, stews and more. Some are well known, others may surprise you! Please note, that we are selling plants which produce these seeds – we do not sell the seeds themselves at all.
