Description
Agastache foeniculum
A tender perennial (dies down in winter) with strong sweet scented foliage used in fruit cups, fruit salads and fresh or dried for a delicious sweet anise tea. Flower spikes of purple blossoms provide copious nectar for bees. An infusion of the leaves can also be made to treat colds and fevers. A lovely plant for kids to pick the flowers and to make ‘licorice’ teas. Sun/part shade. Height to 90cm. 9cm pot. Certified organic plant.
