An upright annual with yellow & white flowers used medicinally for sore stomachs, IBS and as a relaxing sleep aid. Externally a poultice of the flowers can be applied for wounds, ulcers, sunburn etc. Both leaves and flowers are edible and can be used in salads. Also use flowers for yellow dye, hair rinse for blonde hair, and anti-fungal spray for seedlings, especially to prevent damping off. The plant accumulates calcium, potassium and phosphorus and can be used to activate a compost heap. Easy to grow in full sun. Height to 60cm.
