Knautia arvensis
Drought hardy meadow plant of dry grassy areas, also known as Pincushion Flower. Long thin stems topped with pinky-blue flowers blooming all summer and into autumn. Fantastic for attracting bees and butterflies and a delight to have in the garden. Formerly used to treat skin problems.
Height to 100cm when in flower, rest of the year just a low growing basal rosette.
Certified Organic plant in 9cm pot.
