Rumex scutatus ssp glaucus ‘Silver Leaf’
Ornamental perennial foliage plant and salad herb with a tangy lemon flavour and silver shield shaped leaves. Milder than lemon sorrel. Full sun, tolerates dry soil, frost hardy. Ht 40cm when in flower/seed – cut back for more leaves for continued harvest. 9cm pot, certified organic plant.
