Easy to grow perennial herb which may become invasive if not contained in a pot. Great for adding to new potatoes in the cooking water or for making mint sauce to aid digestion of lamb. In general mint is said to have a beneficial effect on digestion, and it may help relieve some symptoms of colds also. The flowers are attractive to bees and the smell of mint is said to deter rodents, so it can be grown in areas where grain is stored. Moisture-loving herb for full sun or partial shade. 9cm pot.
