Chrysanthemum coronarium
Also known as Chop Suey Green and Garland Chrysanthemum. Widely used in Asian cuisine – use in stir fries or soups with sesame and soy sauce. High in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Harvest by cutting back and leaving at least 5cm at the base to regrow. Pretty, daisy-like petals are also good in salads. Height 50cm.
