Talbaghia violacea
Strappy-leaved clump- forming ornamental perennial with strong garlic flavoured leaves. This is the plain green-leaved form. Pink edible flowers borne on umbels in summer. Makes a stunning statement in the herb garden, particularly where used en masse in clumps or for edging. The leaves, stems and flowers can be used in salads, soups etc. Cold and heat tolerant. Ht 60cm.
