Description
Campanula persicifolia
Attractive perennial salad plant – both leaves and flowers are edible with a mildly sweet flavour. Dense basal rosette has a slowly spreading rootstock which sends up spikes of white bell-like flowers, which attract bees and last well in water when cut. Height to 70 cm.
